Everybody seems to be talking about using a Content Management System (CMS) for their website. I’m no exception. Every website I have built over the past five years has been built using WordPress as the back end CMS.
Using a CMS gives you, the site owner, the power to add content to your website and to update other features of the site as you see fit. There’s no need to pay someone to update or maintain your website. You will be able to modify content that already exists on the site, publish new content regularly and delete or remove content when necessary.
If you have never used WordPress before, you will be surprised at how intuitive it is to use. You will be using an interface that is similar in look and feel to Microsoft Word to edit your website. Managing your own content has never been easier.
